Food for Thought
A noodle recipe that’s stuck with me over the years, and a few words that stick with me every day.
You can’t have food for thought without the food or the thoughts.
10 p.m. noodles
A late night snack that got me through college.- Cooked noodles of your choice. I’m going with KA-ME’s hokkien stir fry noodles.

- Soy sauce
- Black garlic specifically
- Lime pepper
- Fresh, chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Cooked protein of your choice. I’m going with chicken.

Eyeball it, combine it, enjoy.
Measure everything with your heart!
